Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities are a must! This role requires excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple reservations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The schedule for this position is Thursday through Monday (Tuesday & Wednesdays Off).

Job Responsibilities:

* Maintain guest relations

* Manage guest reservations

* Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests

* Communicate with other departments and vendors

* Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors

* Manage phone systems

* Cover the phone line

* Ensure quality control and timely responses

* Uphold the company core values and provide excellent customer service standards

Qualifications:

* Reliable transportation to and from work

* Proven customer service experience

* Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry (Preferred not required)
