We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented, attentive person to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine tasks such as accepting deposits, handling withdrawals, processing payments, and opening new accounts for clients.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Make recommendations about bank products and services
- Maintain and balance cash drawers
- Keep a clean, organized work area
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Handle currency, transactions and confidential information responsibly
- Follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures
- Use software to process transactions, research customer inquiries and track bank information for report generation
- Explain various account options, including limits, requirements and fees
- Interview customers to obtain information needed for opening accounts or renting safe deposit boxes
- Compile data or documentation from customers and enter it into software to generate appropriate paperwork
- Assist customers with completing paperwork to open new accounts
- Explain regulations, policies or procedures as necessary
- Ensure that the customer’s information is recorded confidentially and effectively
- Collect initial account deposit and process it for the customer
- Order checks and/or debit cards
- Answer customer inquiries
- Explain other available products and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience is helpful
- Ability to pass background and credit check
- Exceptional time‑management, communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- High level of accountability, efficiency and accuracy

- Compensation: $21.00 per hour
