In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our members by providing prompt, accurate, and professional service in a concierge style environment. You will assist members with everyday financial transactions, answer questions, identify needs, and recommend products and services that can help support their financial goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Processing routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, advances, wires, official checks, and more
• Balancing daily transactions and maintaining accuracy in cash handling
• Identifying opportunities to cross sell Credit Union products and services
• Assisting with account maintenance and member service requests
• Resolving member concerns with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
• Supporting branch operations and maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work area
• Following all regulatory and compliance requirements, including BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and CDD

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior banking, credit union, teller, cash handling, or related member service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good math, typing, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment
• Commitment to service excellence and confidentiality
• Must be bondable

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday rotation: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

40 hours a week - no overtime.
