In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing accounts, and addressing inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive guest experience. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. This position requires open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, working shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm.
