What You'll Do

• Acquires patient and issue-related information and enters call-tracking database
• Responds to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, utilizing proper grammar and verbal skills
• Provides optimal patient experience by effectively resolving issues on a patient's first call
• Coordinates appointment schedules
• Takes payments
• Uses multiple computer applications concurrently, maneuvering through their respective functions
• Works as a consultative partner to our clients, building rapport and providing direction

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
• Dental field experience a plus, but not required
• Call Center experience a plus, but not required
• Basic knowledge of using computer systems, which may include software programs, entering data or processing information
• Basic knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.
