Work Schedule:

Hybrid/Onsite – multiple shifts ranging between 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM CST (8.5‑hour shifts within a 9.5‑hour window)

Training

Schedule:

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Onsite Attendance Required)

We are seeking dependable and service‑driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives.

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs.
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures.

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members.
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training.

Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.
