Mortgage Customer Service Representative - Monday-Friday (No Weekends

We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Processing Assistant, you'll support daily processing tasks, communicate with customers, and work alongside a collaborative team while learning valuable skills and growing your career.

Schedule:

Paid Full-Time Training (Onsite)*

Monday-Friday

* 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET*

* Standard New Hire Orientation:
* September 9-11*

* New Hire Training:
* September 14 - October 9*

* Additional Bridge Training:

* November 23 - January 29*

(Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET)

* Work Schedule Once training is complete:

Monday-Friday* (NO Weekends!)*

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET

* Hybrid Schedule

* Work onsite
* 3 days per week*

* Onsite days are generally flexible, although your team leader may require a specific day based on business needs.*

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working independently
• Professional on the phone with strong communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Dependable with solid time management skills

• Stable work history
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• No planned time off during the first
  * 6 months*, especially while completing training.
• Performance expectations and production goals will be discussed during training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
