Position: Member Service Representative (Late Shift)

TEKsystems is hiring Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.

Job Description
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume, structured contact center environment.
  • Provide information regarding products and services while delivering exceptional customer service through active listening and problem solving.
  • Perform transactions related to savings accounts, checking accounts, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other financial products.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet members' needs.
  • Handle approximately 80-100+ calls per day while maintaining quality and service standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of recent customer service experience.
  • Experience in a call center, banking, collections, mortgage, administrative, receptionist, professional office, or high-volume retail environment preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, typing ability, and data entry experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High-speed internet (fiber optic or cable service required for hybrid eligibility).
Schedule Training
  • Monday-Friday
  • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM CST
  • Fully onsite for the first 6-8 weeks

After Training

Post‑Training Schedule
  • Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday (one weekend day off and one rotating weekday off)
  • Available shifts include:
  • 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM CST
  • 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM CST
  • 5:00 PM - 2:30 AM CST
  • Must have a 9.5-hour window of flexibility to work assigned schedules
  • Schedules are provided two weeks in advance
  • Opportunity to work hybrid after training if internet requirements are met

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
