Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a brand new, state-of-the-art, private dental office and is currently seeking a full-time to join our dynamic team.
Our team is busy and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology in order to provide the highest quality patient care. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, and competitive pay.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during various procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and utilize 3D scanners for diagnostic purposes.
- Manage patient records using EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Record vital signs and medical history accurately prior to procedures.
- Maintain infection control standards through proper aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.
- Provide chairside assistance with dental terminology and medical documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with billing or coding as needed.
- Ensure the clinic environment adheres to safety protocols and infection prevention standards.
- Active Florida RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general or surgical dentistry
- Proficient with digital charting and dental software
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
- Exceptional communication and patient care skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
