Baptist Health Care in Pensacola, FL., is recruiting a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its dynamic and distinguished Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute. Our cadre of specialties and subspecialties include Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery.

• High volume practice with robust regional referral network
• Market share leader of CV services in Northwest Florida
• Exclusive cardiac OR team
• Highly experienced Cardiac Anesthesia team, dedicated only to cardiothoracic service
• Four dedicated PAs and ARNPs
• State-of-the-art facilities, including a new flagship campus
• Comprehensive structural heart program
• Integrated CVICU, on-site Intensivists, ECMO

• Proficient in all aspects of adult cardiothoracic surgery including treatment of complex coronary and valvular disease
• Experience in CABG, valve repair and replacement, and aortic surgery
• Vascular Surgery a plus but not required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery

• Significant earning potential - Competitive Base Salary + wRVU bonus
