Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in applicable state(s)
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Geriatric focus
• Proven experience in primary care for seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in Geriatric Medicine (e.g., AGSF) or Care Management
• Experience with virtual care delivery and Zoom consultations
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of primary care experience with senior patients
• Prior locum or PRN experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or before 05/25/2026
• Ability to work M-F, with no call obligations
• Compensation at $1.00/hour
• Must be comfortable with longer appointment types and proactive care initiatives
• Participation in departmental virtual meetings, including scheduled Zoom call on 02/24/26 at 9:30 am CST
