** Promotions Events Assistant The Promotions Events Assistant works with Promotions and other departments to coordinate and execute successful promotional events, shuttles potential students and guests, travels to promotional events, and provides support to College Representatives and Proclaim Ministry Teams.
** Assist with Event Details
** Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of all on-campus Promotions events.
** Shuttles
* * Shuttle potential students and guests to and from the Airport and Bus Station to campus for events, teen extreme, and beginning of the semester.
** Travel for Promotional Events
** Travel to promotions-related events across the country to represent and answer questions about the College. Build relationships with people through the use of communication and public relations skills.
** Support the College Representatives
** Assist with support and training for College Representatives and Proclaim Ministry Teams. Provide details and initiatives for all on-campus events for College Representatives to effectively promote them in their travels.

** Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time, Communication, Event Management, Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, Interpersonal Relationships, Microsoft Office, Organizing, Public Relations (PR), Willing to travel extensively
