** Advertising Proofreader The Advertising Proofreader 1 verifies that the content of an Advertising product is free of any errors. The Proofreader checks each piece for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ministry standards for style.
** Ensure Accuracy
** Verify that all the information contained in advertising pieces is accurate. Check for correct grammar, spelling, and mechanics.
** Maintain Consistency
** Ensure that all the information in advertising pieces is consistent from one piece to another. Check that information is clearly presented across all channels.
** Manage Tone
** Keep the text tone of all pieces appropriate to fit the recipients of the advertisement. Ensure that the tone fits the ministry's ideals and standards.
** Update the Style Guide
** Update and maintain the accuracy of the Advertising Style Guide to have a complete resource for reference. Verify ministry standards for usage and make changes as needed.
