Responsibilities- Instruct college‑level Computer Science courses in face‑to‑face and asynchronous online formats.
- Develop curricula and instructional materials.
- Assess student learning and participate in program evaluation.
- Maintain College and department standards.
- Use and demonstrate required technology for assigned courses.
- Graduate from an accredited institution with a master’s degree (or doctorate) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field plus at least 18 graduate hours.
- Success in a criminal background check.
- Ability to use and demonstrate the use of technology required for assigned course(s).
- All supplemental materials must be submitted electronically via the Workday applicant portal.
- Adjunct Faculty compensation is hourly:
Master’s Degree – $34.00, Doctorate – $37.00. - Positions are filled on an as‑needed basis from an open applicant pool.
- Applicants must meet Florida Statute §435.04(2) requirements for background investigations. A Florida Department of Law Enforcementapproved background check will be conducted on successful candidates.
