Strong candidates also will cultivate critical thinking and learning skills through differentiated instruction, project‑based learning, and the use of thoughtfully designed assessments that help prepare students to function in our increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

CLA seeks full‑time early childhood teachers for the 2026‑27 school year. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field required. Montessori experience, training or certification preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of relevant classroom teaching experience. Full‑time position, 10‑month employee.
