Job Overview
Adjunct Paralegal Instructor position in Business Department: courses in face‑to‑face, live online via Zoom, and asynchronous online. Reports to the Department Head, Business.
Responsibilities- Instruct students in Paralegal Studies courses.
- Develop curricula and instructional materials.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback.
- Participate in program evaluation and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain college and department standards.
- Use and demonstrate required technology for assigned courses.
- Master’s degree in a related field (or 18 graduate hours if no master’s) from an institution accredited by the U.S. Department of Education and approved by the College.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check conducted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
- Ability to use and demonstrate the required technology for assigned courses.
- All legal hiring and employment eligibility requirements per §435.04(2), Florida Statutes, and college policy.
Hourly pay:
Master’s Degree – $35.00;
Doctorate – $38.00.
