Working Title: Adjunct Instructor

Department: Accounting & Finance
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $3,000-$6,000/course dependent on academic qualifications
Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW JOB SUMMARY:

To teach undergraduate courses in Accounting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Accounting or a closely-related field including at least 18 graduate semester hours in Accounting, coupled with pertinent work experience and continuing professional development and engagement activities to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment. Must meet the College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualification for an Instructor position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A doctoral degree in Accounting from an AACSB-accredited institution or a closely-related field with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Accounting is a definite plus. Regardless of the degree, it must be coupled with pertinent work experience and continuing professional development and engagement activities to maintain qualifications for performing teaching assignment and the candidate must meet the College of Business Policies on Faculty Qualifications for an Instructor position.

PHYSICAL
