Training Instructor / Specialist
Opportunity
Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities, including training development functions and analysis of Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. Work with key stakeholders to embed training initiatives across institutional, operational, and self‑development domains. Execute implementation of training strategies and learning concepts. Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues.
Build critical training materials for advanced learners motivated to grow their skills. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team producing sophisticated and technical hands‑on training solutions to meet mission and time‑critical needs.
- 3+ years of experience as a Cryptologic Technician (CTR)
- 3+ years of experience as a curriculum developer
- Experience creating performance‑based technical training, including practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content
- Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in the development of task‑based curriculum
- Knowledge of learning tools, modalities, and measurement tools or methods used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions
- Ability to select teaching methods appropriate for the course audience
- Ability to communicate effectively with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings, presentations, listening techniques, and writing technical reports documenting research and analysis performed
- TS/SCI clearance
- High School diploma or GED
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
CompensationSalary range: $52,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
