Microclass Teacher — Rising Minds Learning (Fall 2026)

Rising Minds Learning is looking for a Microclass Teacher to join our team this fall. Microclasses are small, hands‑on classes that blend core subjects into an engaging, integrated learning experience for elementary‑age students — a joyful alternative to a traditional classroom.

Rising Minds Learning is a K–12 educational organization based in Northwest Florida, serving families through personalized tutoring, homeschool enrichment, small group classes, microclasses, music programs, and community partnerships. Our mission is simple: education should be joyful, personalized, and impactful. We work with a wide range of learners — from homeschool families to students who just need something different from a traditional classroom — and build our programs around the kid in front of us, not a one‑size‑fits‑all curriculum.

This is an in‑person teaching position based in Pensacola, offered as a part‑time, 10‑month contract. For the right candidate, there’s room for this role to expand into a full‑time position — we’re happy to talk through what that could look like.

• Monday - Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm
• Includes instructional time, planning time, and family communication
• Paid pre‑planning sessions leading up to the semester

• $20,000 - $30,000 annually, depending on experience

• Experience working with elementary‑age children (classroom, homeschool co‑op, tutoring, or similar)
• Comfort adapting lessons on the fly for a range of ages and learning styles
• A collaborative mindset — you’ll be planning alongside a lead teacher and teammate, not working in isolation
• Warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for teaching

• Paid preplanning time before the semester starts, so you walk in prepared
