The UWF College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities Department of Anthropology is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach introductory anthropology courses (ex., Intro to Anthro, Peoples and Cultures, elective area courses).
The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate academic department.
Holds at least the master's degree in an Anthropology, Archaeology, Sociology or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:A Master's degree or higher in the appropriate field of of specialization from an accredited institution.
