Overview
Supports the Site Coordinator in the implementation and daily operation of the YMCA Reads/Bright Pathways after-school program serving up to 32 students, assisting with literacy instruction, academic support, structured enrichment, student supervision, attendance monitoring, and program operations. Scheduled hours align with each school's dismissal time across the same 32-week program cycle.
Responsibilities- Assist with literacy instruction and academic support in the after-school program.
- Support structured enrichment and student supervision.
- Monitor attendance and assist with program operations.
- Coordinate with the Site Coordinator to ensure smooth program delivery across the 32-week cycle.
