Experience: 1–5 years (Level
1)
Seeking a Training Instructor to deliver and support training programs across business areas. The role involves working with Instructional Designers to develop, test, and deliver learning materials while ensuring training effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers on lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials.
- Test and validate learning content for effectiveness.
- Assess training needs and recommend improvements.
- Analyze business processes to identify training gaps.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
- Support branch operations with training needs.
- Perform basic research and routine training support tasks.
- 1–5 years of experience in training or facilitation.
- Exposure to training content or curriculum development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
