JOB SUMMARY:
Non-credit courses are short-term classes offered through the Division of Continuing Education. They are intended for students who want to gain general knowledge, learn a new skill, upgrade existing skills or develop personal interests. Instructors are part-time and contracted per course to teach noncredit students on various personal enrichment or technical education classes.
Instructors are responsible for developing curriculum, delivering learning content, maintaining accurate attendance records, using teaching and learning strategies to optimize student performance and engagement, and complying with department and University policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:A high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a field related to the course subject matter.
