The UWF College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities Department of Anthropology is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach introductory anthropology courses (ex., Intro to Anthro, Peoples and Cultures, elective area courses). The college is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate academic department.

• Holds at least a master’s degree in an appropriate specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties.
• May engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.

• A Master’s degree or higher in the appropriate field of specialization from an accredited institution.

• This position requires a criminal background screen.
