Instructional Designer
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning solutions. This role involves partnering with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to conduct needs analyses and develop performance-based training materials across various formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and performance support tools.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify learning and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Employ strong writing, editing, and communication skills to create clear and concise instructional content.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for content development and adhere to accessibility best practices.
Required Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Performance Improvement, or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of instructional design experience is required. This includes experience designing and developing a range of learning solutions and partnering with business stakeholders.
