Instructional Designer

GovCIO LLC seeks an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning solutions that support federal IT modernization initiatives. You will partner with SMEs, developers, and program teams to analyze learning needs, design curricula, and build interactive eLearning, videos, job aids, and virtual training. Using modern tools and adult learning best practices, you'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content. • Implement and manage content in an LMS, ensuring SCORM/x
• API compliance.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
• Adapt complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging training.
• Align learning solutions with client requirements, accessibility, and government standards.
• Gather learner feedback and data to iterate and improve training products.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
