We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to join our Cincinnati, OH office and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.

• Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects.
• Prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
• Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements.
• Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments.
• Work with municipalities to secure necessary permits.
• Manage site development or redevelopment projects.

• Ohio‑licensed Civil Engineer (PE) or PE candidate with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development.
• Experience with single-site and municipal‑type projects and development of construction documents for public sector clients (cities, counties, water districts, etc.).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Micro Station (considered an asset).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders.

Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $132,000. Nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year.
