Civil Engineering Manager / Senior Civil PE
Pensacola, FL
• Direct Hire $120K – $165K + Benefits + Relocation
- Lead and mentor a civil engineering team of approximately 9 professionals
- Manage civil engineering projects focused on municipal infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, and water resources
- Oversee project delivery, design quality, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
- Serve as a senior technical resource for civil design, review, and PE-level decision‑making
- Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, counties, utilities, and public‑sector clients
- Support business development through a seller‑doer model
- Collaborate with leadership on civil group growth, staffing, and project planning
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience preferred
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Florida PE preferred; out-of-state PE candidates able to obtain Florida reciprocity may be considered
- Strong background in municipal civil engineering, stormwater, drainage, water resources, or public infrastructure
- Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Ability to mentor junior engineers, designers, and technical staff
- Civil engineering consulting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred
- ICPR or other stormwater/hydrology modeling software experience is a plus
- Comfortable working onsite in Pensacola, FL
- $140K+ base compensation, depending on experience
