Work Schedule:
12-hour days, 4 days on / 4 days off
- Candidates may come from any US location
- Lodging and travel costs to and from site will be covered
- Paid travel home built into rotation (assumes every other 4-day break)
- Employees will be paid for hours worked
- Additional travel details to be discussed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must be available for full onsite deployment (no remote or hybrid work options)
This is a support role in Field Operations. The selected candidate will serve as a fully embedded member of the Owner's Construction Management team, responsible for supporting the management and oversight of contractors and craft personnel in the safe and timely delivery of assigned Process Piping and Controls work streams. The project includes multiple Lines of Effort ranging from structural restoration to complex piping systems, power and controls systems, and cryogenic liquid fuel infrastructure.
Candidates will be assigned based on experience and project needs.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities in collaboration with owners, designers, trade contractors, and inspectors
- Demonstrate leadership in Safety and Quality
- Promote ownership, accountability, and teamwork
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedule
- Identify and escalate issues or risks when appropriate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred (or equivalent experience accepted)
- 6–10 years of experience in construction supervision roles
- Experience managing trade contractors and craft personnel
- Strong background in process piping systems, liquid fuel systems, or cryogenic systems
- Experience with complex industrial construction projects required
