Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer
Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
Manage civil engineering projects from concept through final completion.
Develop civil engineering designs, plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Coordinate permitting activities with local and state regulatory agencies.
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical and cost-effective solutions.
Plan, schedule, and execute multiple civil engineering projects while maintaining budgets and timelines.
Conduct design reviews, client meetings, construction meetings, and project coordination meetings.
Oversee project quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with engineering standards.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Support business development, proposal preparation, and marketing efforts.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Travel regionally and nationally as required for project and client needs.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of civil engineering design experience.
Experience working with an engineering consulting firm preferred.
Current Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
Experience with municipal, commercial, and industrial civil engineering projects.
Strong project management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as required.
