Power South Energy Cooperative, headquartered in Andalusia, AL, is a generation and transmission (G&T) electric cooperative with 22 distribution members 18 electric distribution systems and four municipal electric systems in Alabama and northwest Florida. Power Souths member systems provide power to end-use consumers across 51 counties in Alabama and 10 counties in Florida.

JOB SUMMARY & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe purpose of this position is to provide engineering support to the division as well as necessary technical direction and assistance. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. This position also requires two (2) years of experience as an Engineer III or equivalent experience. This position is based at the Lowman Energy Center (LEC) in Leroy, Alabama.
