TEKsystems is hiring a Member Financial Solutions Representative for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL.

Purpose:
Work in a fast‑paced call center using an auto‑dialer to handle outbound and inbound calls focusing on early‑stage collections (1–30 days past due). The role emphasizes quality interactions, problem‑solving, and effectively managing accounts rather than just high call volume.
- Contact delinquent members to cure delinquency using payment options and loss mitigation tools.
- Provide financial counseling and offer solutions such as repayment plans, promises‑to‑pay, loan modifications, refinances, and deferral programs.
- Gather and analyze financial information to determine the best resolution for members.
- Document all interactions, arrangements, and reasons for delinquency in the collection system.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically while overcoming objections.
- Monday–Friday and 3 Saturdays per month (Saturday hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST).
- Rotating weekday off.
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite (required 8 days per month); increasing to 3 days per week in April 2026.
- First 4 weeks:
Hybrid, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST (8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST). - First 3 days onsite, then 2 days per week onsite during training.
- Up to 4 weeks onsite for technical training and phone etiquette, followed by leadership‑led skill development. Weekly reassessments may allow early exit from nesting based on performance.
Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $17.00 – $17.00 per hour.
