Regions Bank - - Responsibilities:
Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone, handling transactional needs (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.);
Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their relationship with the bank;
Educate customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier;
Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to resolve customer problems;
Refer customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals and needs
