About

the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our growing portfolio of RV resorts and campgrounds.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with our Financial Controller and Finance team to help keep our books clean, our processes efficient, and our business moving forward.

As we continue to grow, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, contribute ideas, and play an important role in helping shape the future of our finance department.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records across a growing portfolio of properties and entities
  • Support day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and transaction processing
  • Assist with month-end reporting, financial reviews, and accounting projects
  • Partner with the Financial Controller and Finance team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong financial processes
  • Help maintain organized documentation and support audit and compliance efforts
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve questions and support operations
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements as we continue to grow and evolve
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as opportunities arise
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience with Quick Books preferred, especially in a multi-company environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Pensacola, Florida
Bonus Points For
  • Experience supporting payroll or multi-location operations
  • Hospitality, property management, retail, or service industry experience
  • Familiarity with sales tax, payroll reporting, or financial reporting
  • Accounting, Finance, or bookkeeping certifications and education
