We’re hiring Mortgage Loan Funders to play a critical role in getting loans across the finish line. Role OverviewPay: $17.60—$18.44/hr
Training:
July 27 – August 28
Schedule:
8:00‑4:30 CST (includes bridge training) after which 9:30‑6:00 CST
- Review closing packages and catch missing or incorrect details
- Verify wire instructions and help protect against fraud
- Process funding for purchase and refinance loans
- Work closely with closers, title companies, and settlement agents
- Manage multiple loans at different stages and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable reviewing documents and working with numbers
- Ability to multitask and stay on track in a deadline‑driven setting
- Previous office, admin, or clerical experience is a plus
Pay range: $18.44 – $18.44/hr.
