Description

Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards.

• Assist customers with account services and support, including opening and managing checking, savings, certificate IRA, trust, and estate accounts.
• Facilitate customer transactions for lending products and credit/debit cards.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products.

• Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-service environment.
• Experience with cash handling and retail sales.
• Knowledge of banking products or prior financial experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Confident, proactive, and able to think creatively to handle rejections and offer alternatives.

Entry Level

Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL. Fully onsite.

Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
