Supervisory Financial Management Analyst

Duties

You will perform and advise on multiple phases of budget administration, including formulation, presentation, defense, and control of budget estimates.

You will analyze costs and benefits of financial methods, implement regulatory controls over approved budgets, and guide the efficient use of funds.

You will develop and recommend strategic changes to budget and funding plans, devising new analytical methods when guidelines are general or scarce.

You will supervise military and civilian staff, setting priorities, assigning work, and evaluating performance to ensure organizational success.

You will conduct administrative supervisory duties, including interviewing candidates, resolving employee complaints, and taking disciplinary action.
