Grants Manager

Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking a dedicated and experienced Grants Manager to join our team. This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Grants Department while ensuring grant compliance, financial accountability, and successful implementation of grant-funded programs. The Grants Manager partners with organizational leaders to develop and execute grant strategies that support our mission of improving community health.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Grants Department.
  • Manage grant implementation, reporting, applications, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Prepare grant financial reports, budgets, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.
  • Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with grant requirements, GAAP, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Office Managers, and Program Managers to support grant-funded initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Supervise and develop Grant Support Staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least three years of accounting or grant management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and grant compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with grants, finance, or accounting in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
