Patient volume varies by hospital and can be unpredictable. Current staffing includes:

• Baptist Hospital & Sacred Heart (SH):
• 2–3 APPs scheduled per site
• Approximately 35 ICU beds per hospital
  , plus pulmonary consult coverage
• Select Specialty Hospital:
• Staffed at 1.0–1.5 APPs
  , depending on census
• APPs may be flexed to assist at other locations during lower-volume periods

• Standard schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off
• Alternative schedules: Weekend-only coverage available, with flexibility as needed
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Coverage locations include:
• ICU at Baptist/Gulf Breeze
• Sacred Heart – Pensacola
• Select Specialty Hospital

• (Estimated value ~$20,000 annually for employee)
• Safe Harbor retirement plan with 3% employer contribution
• PTO
