• Assist in collection, labeling, and preparation of specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
• Document test results accurately in laboratory information system.
• Communicate specimen issues to clinical staff and resolve questions efficiently.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and protect sensitive information.
• Participate in annual training and disaster response drills.

• High School diploma or GED (experience may substitute).
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification desirable but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and safety procedures.
