Ethos Health Group is seeking a part-time / 1-day a week compassionate, highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a passion for neurological care and patient-centered medicine for our Pensacola location. This unique role combines advanced clinical practice with specialized neurodiagnostic testing to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment recommendations for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), musculoskeletal injuries, and neurological conditions.

The APRN provides comprehensive patient evaluations, neurological assessments, neurodiagnostic testing, treatment planning, patient education, care coordination, follow up and ongoing patient support. This provider works collaboratively with physicians, neurologist, chiropractors, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence

Schedule:Part-time | 1-day a week, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You’ll Do Clinical Patient Care- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
- Perform neurological, orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and cognitive assessments.
- Evaluate patients for ligament laxity, joint instability, neurological deficits, vestibulardysfunction, and cognitive impairment.
- Review diagnostic findings and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, rehabilitation protocols, regenerative medicine, medications, and home care.
- Coordinate patient care and referrals to specialists when indicated.
- Provide telemedicine visits as assigned.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Perform and oversee advanced neurological diagnostic testing, including:
- Electroencephalography (EEG) with Event Related Potentials
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Videonystagmography (VNG)
- Additional neurological diagnostic procedures as assigned
- Preparing patients for testing
- Explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
- Performing testing according to established protocols
- Identifying testing artifacts and ensuring high-quality diagnostic data
- Uploading and organizing testing results
- Assisting with scoring, interpretation support, and report preparation
- Completing neurodiagnostic narratives and documentation
- Complete accurate, timely, and compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.
- Submit daily patient notes, charges, and billing documentation.
- Maintain accurate coding and "audit-ready" clinical documentation.
- Upload testing results and reports daily.
- Complete accountability logs, equipment records, and required administrative documentation.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect all Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot neurodiagnostic equipment.
- Monitor testing equipment inventory and supplies.
- Assist with clinic operations, including opening/closing duties as needed.
- Support front- and back-office workflow.
- Maintain organized, clean examination and testing rooms.
- Work closely with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and clinical staff.
- Participate in continuing education, protocol implementation, and company training.
