Driver Talent Specialist — Recruiting & Retention

, where you’ll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting the professional drivers who power our transportation network. This position is essential to driving team growth, engagement, and long‑term success.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist:
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
  • Achieve hiring and onboarding goals through proactive outreach
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Promote driving opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process
  • Lead onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
  • Guide candidates from application to onboarding and vehicle readiness
  • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and positive onboarding experience
Driver Engagement & Retention
  • Build meaningful relationships with active drivers
  • Provide ongoing support to enhance driver satisfaction and retention
  • Address concerns and connect drivers with operational resources
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen engagement and retention strategies
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting, onboarding, and retention activity
  • Track hiring performance, onboarding progress, and retention metrics
  • Share insights and updates with leadership
  • Support additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking for as a Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist:
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
