Pay Rate: $75 - $80 per hour

Position Description

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead and scale enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across complex, high-impact programs. This role is ideal for a strategic Agile leader who thrives in coaching at scale, influencing senior stakeholders, and enabling high-performing, cross-functional teams.

As an Agile Coach, you will drive adoption of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Dev Ops, and Lean Portfolio Management practices while cultivating an Agile mindset across technology and business teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and change agent—helping teams and leaders continuously improve delivery, collaboration, and value realization.

This role requires deep hands‑on experience in enterprise Agile transformation, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and the ability to guide organizations through cultural and operational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach multiple Agile teams and large-scale programs using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Dev Ops frameworks
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, workshops, training sessions, and ways‑of‑working engagements
  • Deliver hands‑on coaching by attending team events and providing real‑time feedback and recommendations throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Drive Lean Portfolio Management and Product Management transformations aligned with enterprise objectives
  • Mentor cross‑functional teams and leaders to embed Agile values, principles, and best practices at scale
  • Partner with senior executives to influence decisions critical to Agile adoption and long‑term sustainability
  • Track, analyze, and interpret Agile metrics to proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities, and solutions
  • Identify and develop Agile champions across the organization to increase Agile maturity
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance product execution and delivery outcomes
  • Support content publishing and Agile knowledge sharing platforms using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and enterprise content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
Required Skills / Education
  • SAFe SPC (Certified SAFe Program Consultant) – required
  • 8+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies and practices across the software development lifecycle
  • 5+ years leading enterprise Agile initiatives, transformations, or large‑scale software delivery programs
  • 5+ years facilitating Agile training, workshops, planning sessions, and documentation development
  • Extensive expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, Dev Ops, and Lean practices
  • Proven experience coaching software development teams in complex, enterprise environments
  • Strong emotional intelligence, organizational awareness, and ability to influence without formal authority
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive teams
  • Solid understanding of enterprise technology functions including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Experience with Agile tools and platforms such as Azure Dev Ops
  • Experience with large‑scale Agile transformation in a regulated or enterprise environment strongly preferred
