- USN IT Rating Communications Systems Training SME
.

This position coordinates with CIWT’s subordinate commands to achieve communications systems course modernization objectives.

• At least 10 years of Communication System and Spectrum Management experience covering the suite of external communications systems used in the US Navy’s Information Systems Technician (IT) Rating.
• Thorough understanding of the RF communications curriculum and expertise in content development and staff-level course management.
• Experience with analyzing communications plans and a understanding of radio communication service requirements.
• Must be a US Person.

• USN IT Training Instructor or IT courseware content experience.
