Solar Winds Technician

Our team in Pensacola, FL has an immediate need for a Solar Winds Technician with demonstrated experience performing maintenance and monitoring for an enterprise‑scale network environment.

• Initialize, configure, and maintain database servers, including monitoring server health and performance, and ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Design, deploy, and manage Solar Winds environments, including NPM, NTA, SAM, and other modules.
• Analyze, solve, and resolve emergent issues with SQL databases.
• Configure and maintain monitoring templates, alerts, and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and optimize dashboards to provide real‑time visibility into network and application health.
• Review and update STIG requirements and checklists and remediate/document findings as needed.

• Secret Clearance (US Citizen).
• IAT Level II or Higher.
• Security+ (CE) or higher.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Solar Winds NPM, NTA, SAM and other modules.
• Experience configuring and maintaining monitoring templates, alerts, and reporting mechanisms.
• Experience reviewing and updating STIG requirements and checklists.
• Experience configuring and maintaining database servers.
• No work-from-home options are available.
