Responsibilities

+ Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment

+ Utilize troubleshooting and ticketing systems such as Service Now to track and resolve issues

+ Support Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 applications including Outlook

+ Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions

+ Perform desktop imaging using MDT, LTI, ZTI procedures

+ Assist with printer support for HP, Canon, Toshiba models

+ Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service to end-users

+ Maintain patience and a strong team-first mindset in a dynamic environment

Requirements

+ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

+ Patience and a strong team-first attitude

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience troubleshooting with Service Now or similar ticketing systems

+ Windows 10 experience

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

+

Experience with desktop imaging tools (MDT, LTI, ZTI)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and Outlook

+ Experience supporting IBM Lotus Notes and printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)

+ Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
