A Fortune Top 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Agile Coach for a hybrid position in Pensacola, FL. The role involves mentoring teams and overseeing Agile development practices.

*** This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:

• Coaching Agile development teams and managing large-scale programs across the organization
• Teaching and mentoring cross-functional teams in Agile values and practices
• Providing hands-on coaching and guidance to Agile teams
• Tracking Agile project metrics and implementing solutions for problem areas
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Agile techniques and processes
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
• Proven background in Lean Portfolio Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to influence senior executives
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of experience leading Agile initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with SAFe certified training
• Expertise in Product Management transformations
• Strong emotional intelligence and organizational awareness
