Position Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Pensacola, FL (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr on W2

- 100% On Site. Hours will be a day shift.
- Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service.
- Demonstrate patience and a strong team-first mindset.
- Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Windows 10 experience
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
- Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
- Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
