  Rate $28/hr on W2

100% On Site Pensacola, FL. Hours will be a day shift.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Patience and strong team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (Service Now)
• Windows 10 experience
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
• Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
• Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
