Key Responsibilities:

* Manage user access lifecycle including account creation, modification, and deactivation across systems

* Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to enforce security and least-privilege access principles

* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in alignment with compliance requirements

* Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide first-line support

* Participate in access reviews, audits, and compliance monitoring activities

* Document processes, resolutions, and workflows to enhance team knowledge and efficiency

* Analyze IAM-related data and processes to identify improvement opportunities

* Translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements and automation

* Support development and maintenance of provisioning and audit tools

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions

* Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

* 1-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related field

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

* Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and querying (SQL and/or Power BI preferred)

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Experience working with cross-functional teams

* Solid understanding of business processes and workflow documentation

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is between $14.00 and $20.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
